Returns

We want you to love your Z pieces as much as we love them. However if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your garment you can return your order. We will offer a store credit or an exchange for the product. All products must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Please keep in mind that all of our garments are handmade, often from remnant fabrics-so each garment is unique!

All items must be in their original condition, unworn with tags and packaged for an exchange/store credit to be issues.

If you believe that your item might be faulty or you have any questions about our returns policy please shoot us an email info@zthelabel.com and we will get back to you swiftly. We really want our garments to last in your wardrobe for a long time, so we can work together to fix any fault that you might find.

How to Return:

If you wish to return an item please contact us at info@zthelabel.com. We will issue you with a return number and our return address.

Once we have received your items, please allow two business days for us to process your return.
